D5 / 07 · An introduction
Who Am I? Emotions
What do you discover when there is room for your emotions?
Who Am I? Emotions — beyond the quick answer
We bring memories, expectations and feelings to our choices. This Direction invites a conversation about identity and emotional experience, with room for uncertainty and support.
An example, a question
Two people can remember the same meeting differently. Their accounts may help us understand their perspectives; neither account alone establishes the cause of a physical illness.
What can we explore?
Self-understanding, relationships and emotional support are possible themes. Emotional interpretations must not become blame, diagnoses or fixed correspondences between a feeling and an organ.
