Environmental Adjustments — where, with whom, and how?
A room, a working relationship and a daily journey all form part of our environment. The book invites us to look at space, surroundings and companionship together.
An example, a question
A desk facing a noisy passage may make a conversation difficult. Sometimes the next useful question concerns the setting rather than the person’s determination.
What can we explore?
Light, sound, spatial organisation, relationships and traditional perspectives on space offer starting points. Claims from spiritual traditions need to be distinguished from measurable environmental conditions.

The illustrations introduce a guided conversation. Names of practices in a mind map are not evidence of medical efficacy.
