Communication — what do our words set in motion?
How we speak, listen and interpret one another changes the way we work together. In the book, communication also has a spiritual dimension. The first step can be as ordinary as hearing a question fully.
An example, a question
“You never listen” and “I would like to finish this thought” can open very different conversations. An example is an invitation to observe, not a formula that guarantees another person’s response.
What can we explore?
Words, listening, intention, context and relationships are points of entry. Spiritual ideas about words are presented as part of the author’s perspective, not as a promise of medical or material results.

The illustrations introduce a guided conversation. Names of practices in a mind map are not evidence of medical efficacy.
