Integration — how does this become part of my life?
Integration asks how the Directions meet in a life with meaning. In the author’s spiritual perspective, love, gratitude, trust and the relationship between the human, nature and the divine are part of that question.
An example, a question
A beautiful plan can remain a beautiful page. Integration begins when we ask which appropriate next step belongs in our real circumstances, with the support and responsibilities that step requires.
What can we explore?
Tri Hita Karana, reflection, spiritual learning and continued practice are entry points. Continue learning without confusing an introduction with mastery.

The illustrations introduce a guided conversation. Names of practices in a mind map are not evidence of medical efficacy.
