The 7 Directions
The 7 Directions
Let us look at a person's life with an engineer's curiosity: what nourishes us, how do we relate to our bodies, how do we communicate, what do we feel, and where do we live? How do these things connect?
The 7 Directions brings together perspectives on nourishment, the body, energy, communication, emotions, our environment and integration. Like a map on a long journey, it helps us see possibilities; a qualified guide helps us discuss the terrain and the next step.
As long as we are alive, we can look for meaningful steps and appropriate support. The possibilities depend on each person's circumstances and should be explored with respect for medical advice.
