== Energy of the Being — a language for exploration ==
People use the word energy for vitality, attention and the atmosphere of an encounter. The book also uses it within spiritual traditions. Keeping those meanings clear helps us ask better questions.

== An example, a question ==
You may leave one conversation feeling lighter and another feeling drained. That experience is a reason to reflect on the encounter; it is not a measurement or diagnosis of an energy centre.

== What can we explore? ==
[[Chakras - an introduction|Chakras and their symbolic map]], [[Life Activation|Life Activation]] and guided spiritual practices belong to this part of the project. Their spiritual descriptions do not establish medical mechanisms or replace assessment of symptoms.

== The chapter illustrations ==

The illustrations introduce a guided conversation. Names of practices in a mind map are not evidence of medical efficacy.
