A list of therapies and techniques that could improve healing and wellbeing. We recommend choosing one after consulting a specialist / practitioner. We, Roxana Ioana MAI and I (Paul Gabor - Iliescu) can support you with those marked with * and many others, which you can find at spiritualtraining.eu.

List is not limitative - could and will be continuously edited. The therapies included here and their description are informative only. We do not guarantee in any way any of them - less the ones marked with *.

5 Animal-Assisted Therapy Incorporates animals, such as horses, dogs, or cats, into the treatment process to enhance and complement the benefits of traditional therapy. It can be especially effective for emotional and behavioral disorders, including depression and PTSD.
6 Anthroposophical Medicine An integrative approach that extends conventional medicine to include spiritual insight and holistic practices, including special forms of massage, movement exercises, and unique therapies using natural substances.
7 Apitherapy Uses products derived from bees, such as honey, pollen, royal jelly, propolis, and bee venom, for therapeutic purposes. Bee venom therapy is sometimes used for conditions like arthritis and multiple sclerosis. It is said that bee honey temperature should not exceed 75 Celsius degrees in order to keep the therapeutical properties.
8 Aromatherapy This uses essential oils and other aromatic plant compounds for healing and relaxation. Aromatherapy can be applied through massage, diffusers, inhalation, or topical application, and is tested to stimulate brain function, promote relaxation, activate some targeted areas / aspects, and improve mood.
9 Art Therapy A form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can help people explore emotions, develop self-awareness, manage stress, and boost self-esteem. Is to be found in melotherapy, chromotherapy and other therapies addressing the use of the 5 senses.
10 Astrological Counseling Uses individuals' astrological charts, based on the positions of stars, planets, and other celestial bodies at their time of birth, to provide guidance and insights into their personality, relationships, and life paths. Though not directly a healing practice, it's sought for personal insight and stress reduction.
11 AURA HEALING* techniques that clean the aura, balancing the entire body in a smooth and efficient way.
12 Auriculotherapy A form of acupuncture that focuses specifically on the ear, based on the idea that the ear is a microsystem which reflects the entire body. Used for pain relief and treating various health conditions.
13 Ayurveda One of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems, developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a balance between the mind, body, and spirit, and it uses diet, herbal treatment, and yogic breathing to maintain or improve health.
14 Bach Flower Remedies A system of 38 flower-based remedies believed to support emotional well-being and balance. Each remedy is associated with a specific emotional state or characteristic, and the treatment is personalized to the individual's emotional condition.
15 Bates Method A method aimed at improving eyesight using exercises to relax and retrain the eyes, a natural approach to vision without glasses or surgery.
16 Biodynamic Agriculture and feeding While not a direct therapy for individuals, biodynamic farming practices consider the farm as a self-sustaining ecosystem. The health benefits of consuming biodynamic foods are believed to be superior because of the holistic and environmentally sustainable methods used in their production. I included this because of its huge importance.
17 Bioenergetic Analysis A form of psychotherapy that combines work with the body and mind to help people resolve their emotional problems and realize their potential for pleasure and joy in living. It's based on the understanding that the body and the mind function together and that emotions are embodied.
18 Biofeedback A technique that teaches people to control bodily processes that are normally involuntary, such as heart rate, blood pressure, muscle tension, and skin temperature, using sensors connected to the body. It’s used for stress-related conditions, chronic pain, and mental health issues like anxiety.
19 Biofield Energy Healing Encompasses various therapies that manipulate energy fields that purportedly surround and penetrate the human body. This includes practices like Reiki, Healing Touch, and Qi Gong, aimed at influencing energy fields to improve health.
20 Bowen Therapy A holistic technique that aims to treat the whole body by restoring balance via small and precise movements, stimulating the body's natural healing processes.
21 Chiropractic Care This therapy focuses on the diagnosis and manipulative treatment of misalignments of the joints, especially those of the spinal column, which are believed to cause other disorders by affecting the nerves, muscles, and organs.
22 Color Therapy (Chromotherapy) A technique that uses color and light to balance energy wherever our bodies are lacking, be it physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental. Colors are selected to address specific needs and promote wellness.
23 Craniosacral Therapy This hands-on technique involves gentle manipulation of the skull, spine, and pelvis to relieve tension and improve body movement. Practitioners believe it helps treat a variety of conditions, from headaches to musculoskeletal issues.
24 CRYSTAL HEALING* Involves placing gemstones and crystals on the body or in nearby areas to promote physical and emotional healing. Practitioners believe that crystals can interact with the body's energy field, cleansing, activating, creating balance that facilitates healing.
25 Cupping Therapy An ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on the skin for a few minutes to create suction. It’s used for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
26 Detoxification Therapies These therapies claim to remove toxins from the body. They include methods like juice fasts, detox diets, colon cleanses, and chelation therapy. The effectiveness and safety of these practices can vary, and some are controversial within the medical community.
27 Ear Candling A practice that involves placing a hollow, cone-shaped candle into the ear canal and lighting it on the outside end, purported to draw out impurities and wax. However, it is widely criticized and regarded as unsafe by most medical professionals.
28 EFT tapping A technique that stimulates acupressure points by pressuring, tapping or rubbing while focusing on situations that represent personal fear or trauma.
29 ENERGY CORD CUTTING* This technique is believed to be effective in cutting energetical cords remanent after an interaction between beings – human, animal, happenings / events, thoughts aso. These cords of energetic nature can allow flow of various energies between the two parties involved.
30 Feldenkrais Method This method aims to improve movement patterns and enhance bodily and mental functioning. Through gentle movements and focusing on bodily sensations, it seeks to teach new patterns and greater awareness of the body.
31 Floatation Therapy Also known as sensory deprivation tanks or float tanks, this therapy involves floating in a tank of saltwater that blocks out all external sound and light. It aims to promote deep relaxation and stress relief.
32 Functional Medicine Focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of diseases. It views the body as one integrated system, not a collection of independent organs divided by medical specialties.
33 Gua Sha A traditional Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped to produce light bruising. Practitioners believe Gua Sha releases unhealthy bodily matter from blood stasis within sore, tired, stiff, or injured muscle areas to stimulate new oxygenated blood flow to the areas, thus promoting metabolic cell repair, regeneration, healing, and recovery.
34 Halotherapy (Salt Therapy) Involves breathing in air containing tiny salt particles to improve breathing, skin health, and reduce symptoms of certain respiratory and skin conditions.
35 HEALING WITH CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION* Is a method based on transmutational healing, using the tremendous power of thoughts, words and energy in communication with self and with others. Brought in by Brandon Bays and Kevin Billett, somehow based on The Journey Method, this technique is extremely effective in more directions:  health, wealth, relations, pain management and others.
36 Hellerwork Structural Integration Combines deep tissue bodywork with movement education and dialogue of the mind and body. It aims to realign the body and release chronic tension and stress.
37 Herbal Remedies and Supplements Using plants for medicinal purposes aims to treat various health conditions. It's important to consult with a healthcare provider before using herbal remedies or supplements, especially if you are taking other medications, to avoid adverse interactions.
38 Homeopathy Based on the principle of “like cures like,” homeopathy uses highly diluted substances with the aim of triggering the body’s natural healing responses. It is a controversial practice and considered pseudoscience by the mainstream medical community, and, yet, many individuals report benefits. I witnessed to spectacular improvements of general state and recovering.
39 Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness or trance. It’s often used to help with pain management, anxiety, stress, and habit disorders.
40 Iridology Based on the belief that patterns, colors, and other characteristics of the iris can be examined to determine information about a patient's systemic health. Practitioners interpret these patterns to diagnose health issues.
41 JOURNEY METHOD* An emotional therapy based on transmutational healing, addressing, in a guided meditation, the very moment when an emotional blockage occurred and, through a role play and forgiveness, removing that specific blockage. 50 Naturopathy This is a form of alternative medicine employing an array of pseudoscientific practices branded as "natural," "non-invasive," or promoting "self-healing." The ideology and methods of naturopathy are based on vitalism and folk medicine rather than evidence-based medicine.
51 Network Spinal Analysis A form of chiropractic technique that focuses on gentle touch to specific points along the spine, encouraging the body to develop new strategies for dealing with stress and tension.
52 Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Developed by Marshall Rosenberg, NVC is a communication method that focuses on empathetic listening and expressing our needs in a non-judgmental and non-aggressive manner. It aims to improve interpersonal relations and reduce conflict.
53 OFT – Original Feeling Touch A powerful and simple approach to unconditional touch healing; rooted in the Taoist lineage. This technique that focuses primarily on providing an unconditional supportive touch to the nervous system and abdomen.
54 Ortho-Bionomy A gentle, non-invasive form of body therapy that seeks to correct imbalances in the body's structure through movements and positions that stimulate the body's self-correcting reflexes.
55 Osteopathy A type of alternative medicine that emphasizes physical manipulation of the body's muscle tissue and bones. Practitioners of osteopathy, known as osteopaths, are focused on treating the whole body, not just the symptoms.
56 Phytotherapy The study of the use of extracts of natural origin as medicines or health-promoting agents. It differs from plant-derived medicines in standard pharmacology because it does not isolate and standardize the compounds from a given plant.
57 Polarity Therapy A comprehensive health system involving energy-based bodywork, diet, exercise, and self-awareness. It works with the human energy field, bodywork techniques to release and balance energy flow.
58 Qi Gong A holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. It’s similar to tai chi, focusing on the cultivation and balance of qi (energy) within the body. Source for most of the known martial arts.
59 Reconnective Healing A form of hands-free healing, that allows reconnection and healing of a person at every level of being. It is often a life-changing experience that utilizes new frequencies for the healing of the mind, body and spirit. These energies are initiated by RH practitioner at the beginning of the session and will continue working long after the session has ended.
60 Reflexology This involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears, with the belief that these points correspond to different body organs and systems. Reflexology is used for stress relief and to support overall health.
61 REIKI* / PRANANADI* Forms of energy healing where practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" – CHI, QI, KI – is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient to encourage emotional or physical healing. Higly effective technique.
62 Rolfing Structural Integration A form of bodywork that reorganizes the connective tissues, called fascia, that permeate the entire body. Rolfing aims to improve posture, relieve chronic pain, and reduce stress by realigning and balancing the body.
63 Shamanic Healing Involves practices and rituals derived from indigenous cultures, where a shaman enters altered states of consciousness to interact with the spirit world, identify the spiritual aspects of illness, and restore balance to the individual.
64 SOUL RETRIEVAL* This practice is based on the belief that trauma can result in the loss of parts of the soul. The shaman journeys to retrieve these lost parts to restore wholeness and well-being.
65 Sound Bath Meditation A meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, percussions, or voices. The goal is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and transformation.
